Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when cancellations and refunds may be available for quote-based services coordinated through Hyundai Car Wash Home Services LLC.
Cancellation by customer
You may cancel an approved request before a provider has been dispatched. Cancellations made after dispatch may incur a coordination fee covering provider scheduling.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Conditions for refunds
Refunds may be issued for services not delivered as described after good-faith resolution with the assigned provider. Cosmetic disputes over completed work are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Email support@hyundaicarwashservices.online with your request ID and a description of the issue. We respond within one business day.
Completed services and nonrecoverable costs
Services that have been fully completed and accepted are generally non-refundable. Disclosed provider-dispatch costs, approved materials, or other nonrecoverable costs may be deducted from an approved refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
